Do not use them they dont clean the houses when people move as there was out of date products in the fridges when I moved in from previous tenants and will leave you without hot water for almost 2 weeks with no care in the world and there are many more messed up things that have been disgusting with them and handled poorly use any other landlord just not this one

boiler stopped and was reported by phone to Josh at Platinum Letting. He told me that he would contact the landlord to see if he approved of the call out. This he did and informed me that a plumber would be in contact the same day, he did arrive and the situation was speedily resolved. Many thanks to Josh and team for efficient outcome within 3 hours
